The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) implemented the Neighborhood Stabilization Program Permanent Supportive Housing Project (NPSHP), which includes 15 properties with a total of 56 units of permanent supportive housing, to provide affordable housing linked to appropriate services for DHS patients who are homeless, who have a chronic illness or physical disability, and/or are a high utilizers of county health resources.

Brilliant Corners owns and manages all 15 properties and collaborates with Housing Works and DHS to ensure the success of each tenant with a tenant-centered approach.  Our staff will provide site maintenance and repair, building security, move-in procedures, rent collection, community events, eviction prevention services, and will assist with neighborhood relations.
