I've been having the hardest time getting MySQL and Ruby on Rails to cooperate on my Powerbook. Hopefully, this is the solution that will finally put things in order.

This is about the 15th rewrite of the software that runs this weblog.
In the past I've used Greymatter, Blogger, a hand-rolled Perl beast, Drupal, WordPress, and a hand-rolled Ruby on Rails app.
This time, it was written in Merb (with help from Paginator, merb_has_flash, BlueCloth, and merbful authentication). I suggest you check it (them) out.
