I think we need to get out more
How sad is it that out of all the Academy Award nominees for this year, I've seen only one in its entirety (Sicko) and another half-way through (Ratatouille)? Well, pretty sad.

About the Site
This is about the 15th rewrite of the software that runs this weblog.
In the past I've used Greymatter, Blogger, a hand-rolled Perl beast, Drupal, WordPress, and a hand-rolled Ruby on Rails app.
This time, it was written in Merb (with help from Paginator, merb_has_flash, BlueCloth, and merbful authentication). I suggest you check it (them) out.
