Why oh why was this show cancelled?
I've just spent some time going through some quotes from Arrested Development over at the Balboa Observer-Picayune (an excellent fan site).
Buster: Mom is becoming a little controlling.
Michael: What tipped you off? When she locked you out on the balcony again?
Buster: That was half my fault. I thought I saw a graham cracker out there.
Michael: You baited the balcony?
Lucille: Prove it.
See? See? Genius!
Now I see there’s news that AD may be picked up by another network, but I think the damage is done. If FOX would have only supported this Emmy Award-winning show, it could have gathered the higher ratings that they wanted. Oh well, at least we'll have the DVDs.
