Toyon Gardens affordable housing takes shape at 3127 W. 147th St.
In unincorporated El Camino Village, framing is complete for a new affordable housing complex from Brilliant Corners. Toyon Gardens, which replaces a storage lot at 3127 W. 147th Street, consists of a five-story structure that will feature 78 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments.
