Multifamily Housing Development

Brilliant Corners’ Multifamily Housing Development Team creates housing solutions through new construction, acquisition, preservation, and rehabilitation of underutilized properties that can be rapidly converted to housing.

For more than a decade, Brilliant Corners has joined together with government partners, municipal agencies, nonprofit organizations, and mission-minded architecture and construction firms to develop new multifamily sites and increase access to affordable housing units across the state.

Current and Upcoming Developments

Completed in April 2011, Octavia Court provides dedicated supportive housing in San Francisco for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
