Strategic Vision 2030

We are honored to share with you Brilliant Corners’ Strategic Vision 2030, an ambitious five-year roadmap that charts our path to effectively help California communities overcome the persistent housing crisis facing far too many of our neighbors.

Over the next 5 years, to amplify collective impact, we will expand Brilliant Corners’ proven supportive housing solutions across California to bring the next 10,000 people home.

Our Strategic Vision is the result of inclusive process, creativity, and focused design. It defines the ways in which we will strengthen and evolve our approaches over the coming years in service of our bold vision: Leading communities to a better way home for every Californian.

The Strategic Vision is a living document – one that will ground our work and approach for years to come, with many of the stated outcomes already underway. It also marks a milestone in our capacity to lead communities and systems to supportive housing solutions that are person-centered, cost effective, and have the potential to accelerate and scale durable housing outcomes for our most vulnerable community members. Solutions like the Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool and our unique approach to residential care homes.

In the Brilliant Corners 3.0 section, you’ll see how the roles outlined in this Strategic Vision demonstrate the synergistic ways Brilliant Corners shows up at its best – Adaptive Practitioner, System Partner, Technical Advisor, Systems Change Advocate, and Supportive Housing Developer – reflecting the strengths we can leverage to address California’s affordable housing, homelessness and care crises.
