Brilliant Corners Board Member Earl Edwards co-authored a powerful research report in collaboration with the California Policy Lab, Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) and several other community partners. The report examines why there are racial inequities in returns to homelessness for Black Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) residents.
